Configuring Pronestor Office 365 Add-in

Version: 8.0.4 and onwards

Prerequisites: 

  • Cloud customer with Pronestor
  • Office 365
  • Exchange Web Service integration for Pronestor Planner (Coexistence) - click here for more information
  • The meeting rooms have to be coexisted. The add-in can only see coexisted meeting rooms.

How to configure Pronestor Office 365 Add-in

  1. If the prerequisites are fulfilled, then the users will automatically have the installation section available in My Settings (see below)
  2. The user can select whether to have the Pronestor Office 365 Add-in available in Outlook 2016 (desktop application) and Outlook Web Access or only Outlook Web Access
