Possibility of using TeamViewer for troubleshooting


It is possible to use the TeamViewer Quicksupport App for troubleshooting on Tablets that run the Pronestor Display solution.

TeamViewer App can be downloaded for Android devices.

When the TeamViewer Quicksupport App is installed, 
open the app and inform Pronestor Support about the Partner ID. Be ready to accept remote connection.
