Your workspace solution can have one or more floor maps. These maps can help you book a desk that is right for you, and help you find it.
These need to be ordered with Pronestor and this guide will explain how to order and what you can expect. Note that you have to have filled out the external ID's on your desks before you can order.
Here is an example of what a customer supplied us and what their floor map ended up like
Pronestor needs a map of the building and a copy of that map where you have noted the desk numbers and sections. It is the customer who has to supply these and fill in the numbers.
You can choose the following icons for your map to make it more readable. Note that this is a complete list, and only the icons shown here are available.
Once you have the map ready with the supporting information please send it to your Pronestor contact. Note that you can only order one map at a time. If you need multiple maps, please send separate emails to your Pronestor contact.
- Your customer name
- Your Pronestor contact
- The link to your Workspace solution
- Name of the Workspace section the floor map should be added to
- Whether your map should be vertical or horizontal. This is relevant if you plan to show the map on a screen
- Attach your images. You need to attach both the clean map and the map that clearly states desk names or desk ID's and which type of desk they are (hot, flexible or fixed)
- A list that contains the desk's external id and the corresponding desk's map name. The map name has a character limit of 4
- If the amount of desks in your Workspace solution on your map doesn't match, please let us know what to do with the extra desks
- May we add the map as soon as it is made or do you want us to wait for a specific date? (The date cannot be too close to the ordering date.
Once Pronestor has received the above-mentioned data, we will create the floor map and send it to you for approval. Note that there are only 2 revisions included in the price.
