Scanner troubleshooting

Issue: The scanner only scans intermittenly

Solution: This is caused by the DPI setting on the badge and printer being out of sync.
In order to check the printers dpi setting, go to [Devices & Printers] -> (Right click on the Printer) -> [Printer Properties] -> Read the DPI in the lower left.

to check and change the DPI settings in the badge file, go to (C:\ProgramData\proNestor Visitor) -> Edit Badge_1.xml
Check in the Barcode field that it´s set to the same DPI as the printer.
