If you have an issue in Planner, the helpdesk might ask you to send them your log files. Here is how to do it:
- Open your outlook
- Click "Add-ins"
- In danish, the button is named "Tilføjelsesprogrammer"
- Click "Pronestor"
- Click "About Pronestor"
- Click "Send log files to support"
The log files will be sent to Sign in Workspace Support. Please note that the support mailbox isn't monitored, and if you send the log files without us asking you to, they will not be read and they will not trigger a helpdesk ticket.
