If you have an issue in Pronestor Planner, the helpdesk might ask you to send them your logfiles. Here is how to do it:
- Open your outlook
- Click "Add-ins"
- In danish, the button is named "Tilføjelsesprogrammer" - Click "Pronestor"
- Click "About Pronestor"
- Click "Send log files to support"
The log files will be sent to Pronestor Support. Please note that the support mailbox isn't monitored, and if you send the logfiles without us asking you to, they will not be read and they will not trigger a helpdesk ticket.
