Outlook Add-In installer fails when office365 has been installed through SCCM

When installing Pronestor 64 bit Outlook Add-In on a Machine, where Office365 has been rolled out through SCCM (Microsoft System Center) the registry does not match the registry from a PC where Office 365 has been installed from Microsoft’s download page.

The error message looks like this:


We have seen examples of needing to run this AddInFix.reg to create the correct key in the registry.

You can either add this key to the registry:



"Path"="C:\\Program Files\\Microsoft Office\\root\\Office16\\"

Or run this “AddInFix.reg” file to correct this issue
