Server is running at 100% CPU Load

After launching Pronestor Planner or Pronestor Display the CPU load on the server is reaching an 100% load on the CPU.

If Pronestor Planner or Pronestor Display is running on a virtual server with Windows - we do recommend that server has at least 2 CPU cores dedicated to the server.(see requirements here)

The number of requests to server and the requests initiated by the server to other services can affect the CPU if there is a latency on the response time - and in case two threads are waiting for each other - then the CPU load will be a bottleneck.

How to solve

You can check the number of CPU cores by running  the following command from a command prompt

"wmic cpu get NumberOfCores"

Ask you server administrator to add more CPU cores to the virtual instance.
