Users may, albeit rarely, encounter issues with clientside resolution of coexisted room names in Outlook 2013 and 2016.
Scenario:
- User books a coexisted room via Pronestor add-in (either Quick Book or Add Bookings).
- The room name is not properly resolved in the appointment
Solution (as per http://help.unc.edu/help/exchange-how-to-update-the-global-address-book-in-outlook/):
Outlook 2013:
- Go to File, open Account Settings dropdown in Info and click Download Address Book...
- In the Offline Address Book window, check the Download changes since las Send/Receive check box
- Ensure that Full Details is selected
- Click OK
- Restart Outlook
Outlook 2016:
- Go to File, open Account Settings dropdown in Info and click Download Address Book...
- In the Offline Address Book window, check the Download changes since las Send/Receive check box
- Click OK
- Restart Outlook
Following this procedure coexisted room names should be resolved correctly:
