Troubleshooting LED lights for iOS
If you experience that the LED light of the frame is off, please check the following:
- Check that the circuit board receives electricity – a small green light blinks every 1-2 seconds.
- Go to Display administration and check that LED light is enabled for the display screen
- Check that port 5000 is open. LED uses this port to communicate with the server.
- Check that sound on the device is at maximum – 100%
- Check that the jack stick from the circuit board is properly plugged into the tablet
- Plug in a headset and verify that the tablet makes a high-pitched sound every one minute – IMPORTANT! DO NOT PUT THE HEADSET ON YOUR EARS!
- Close the Sign in Workspace Kiosk application and reopen
- Reboot the device and reopen the Sign in Workspace Kiosk application

If you experience that the LED light of frame is off, please check the following:
- In the Sign in WorkspaceKiosk application, open the configuration view. Touch the “Make LED green”, “Make LED red” and “Turn off frame LED” to verify that the frame reacts to the signal sent from the tablet.
- Check that the circuit board receives electricity – a small green light blinks every 1-2 seconds.
- Check that port 5000 is open. LED uses this port to communicate with the server.
- Go to Display administration and check that LED light is enabled for the display screen
- Check that sound on the device is at maximum – 100%
- Check that the jack stick from the circuit board is properly plugged into the tablet
